Mount Errigal 2
Mount Errigal captures many of the most common traits of a typcial Irish mountain: rocky, bare, steep, gradual, accessible and rugged, yet smooth.
Mount Errigal
Voted as ‘Ireland’s Most Iconic Mountain’, Mount Errigal is Donegal’s tallest peak and one of the ‘seven sisters’ of the Derryveagh Mountain Range. Errigal is famous for a shape shifting quality depending on what direction you are viewing from and the pinkish glow of its quartzite in the setting sun.
