The island is about five square miles and can be accessed by a causeway road which joins onto the Inishowen Peninsula.
Inch Island
Inch Island is connected to the mainland by a narrow causeway and is largely pastoral with steep mountain sides and a coastline punctuated by little harbours and a few sandy beaches. This island is a haven for birdwatcher’s with many swans, geese and other species of bird residing on the island.
